Hi Cakewalk Forum, I am in need of advice

First of all Hello Forum,
Pleease somebody help me to understand this issue I am having with Sonar X3 - TTS-1
It would be really awesome!
I hope I am writing in the right section here, as my problem is the following:

I wanted to record some MIDI with TTS-1,
I used a seperate MIDI Track for each Instrument I wanted to use (Guitar, Akkordeon and AkkordeonNo2)
then routed them to the different TTS-1 ?busses, so far so good and everything went well until I got this reoccurring problem that the TTS-1 suddenly sustained all notes I played
After google etc I now think that there is no MIDI off message sent or something in that direction
So now I cant record properly

I tried to open a new TTS-1, that resolved the problem,
then I tried to restart the audio engine or resetting the MIDI, that was also a solution for a while

Now, even though I do that I cant get rid of the sustained note
I even deleted all the tracks just to find out if there is something coming in, but I also deactivated the Input of TTS-1

as you can see I am new to all this and my approach is far from systematic, due to insufficient understanding of the software :(

but maybe someone here would be so kind to push me on the right path or can explain how this error comes to be?

sorry for my bad english :P
Thank youuuuu

Hi and welcome to the forums! Have you updated to the latest version of Sonar x3? If not here is the update, go right to the bottom of the page where it is. It could be that an unupdated x3 does some mistakes.

When I first started with midi, I ran into all kinds of problems that I didn't understand.

Have you done the tutorials for midi that came with Sonar? I am going to search for some midi info links that can help you out.

Here is a good place to start:

Also, how are you recording your midi info? With a keyboard controller or some other method?
