RealGuitar VST3 no MIDI out?

RealGuitar latest version  VST 3 plug-in.
I posted a msg on Music Lab forum but apparently it's going to take a while to get a response. 

I want to send RG strum patterns to a Kontakt guitar but nothing happens.   (MIDI out is enabled).

Not a big deal since RG VST 2 works fine. I haven't read about anyone else with this issue so I'm wondering if something's wrong with the way it's setup on my computer.

Anybody have this problem?

    In case anyone else has the same issue, ( but apparently  it's just me)
    The midi out problem has been resolved after upgrading to Platinum.
