Off-line help and/or context sensitive help for X3

Hey y'all.  Is there a way to get off-line comprehensive (context sensitive if possible) help up and running?  TIA.

Preferences > File > Advanced "Always Use Offline Help" will force SONAR to always use the local chm file. The Advanced settings are visible when the Advanced radio button is selected at the bottom of the Preferences dialog.

Thanks, scook.  Will that be context sensitive, as in - will it go to the help related to where the mouse cursor is?

Has this setting disappeared recently in Cakewalk by Bandlab?

Preferences > File > Advanced "Always Use Local (or offline) Help"

It is still there in my SONAR Platinum program but it I can't find it in CWBBL on that preferences page or anywhere else.  I just reinstalled and am trying to activate that setting but it doesn't show up.  Anybody know where that went?

It was never in Cakewalk by Bandlab as they have not updated the local chm file ... yet.

I'm off to see the Wibble, the wonderful Wibble of Wobble

don't understand why not, it's just another format, so someone needs to get over their lazy arse - who's in charge of documentation there?
