Sonar short cut keys that are not limited to menu items.

The whole short cut key assignment is very limited.   Why wouldn't it be possible to specify a certain tool, process, or even script that takes effect only in piano roll view, for instance?   Right now, the only view-specific shortcuts are those for which there are view-specific menu items.
