An easy way to cycle through Toolbar Modules

Even though i have a big monitor many toolbar modules are not visible.
At the moment you have to right click on the toolbar to select non visible modules and this is cumbersome.
 
How about adding this
1. When your mouse cursor is hovering above an empty space or section of the toolbar you can roll mouse scroll wheel and the toolbar behave as a carousel cycling through the modules pane. This way you can easily find your module of choice. 
 
2. Add a clickable arrow on the right hand side of the toolbar. If you click on this it shows all the previously non-visible modules. Clicking on it again show all the previously visible modules again.
 
This or any other ideas to make this process faster than it currently is.
