lock plugin window size

omg I just had the best idea! you know how jBridged plugins have that annoying, gigantic settings bar at the bottom of your plugin window, that you always hide by resizing the window? and then when you close the window and reopen it, it's back again? if we could lock window size per plugin instance, it would be gone! GONE FOREVER!
