Showing Drums In X2 SD3

Hi Folks,
   If I open SD3 and choose a beat from the browser, when I try to edit it using the Step Sequencer only the drums that were programmed onto the beat will show up. How do I get the other drums to show for editing? Also, sometimes when loading SD3 the note names show instead of the drum names. How do I change that? Thank you in advance!
