Does anyone do Mixes for Picture Here? How do you ingest audio?

I recently have found that I could pick up more Music Scoring jobs if I also provided the audio mix, something I use to do many years ago...
 
So I know how to Import video into Sonar and get the audio from that,  my question is for the mixing pros out there.
 
When you are working with an editor who is on an AVID or Final Cut Pro system,  How do you ingest audio into Sonar?  I routinely send audio to ProTools guys via OMF.  Can that work in reverse?
How do you guys work with Narration, on-Camera Mic, Room tone etc...
 
Mike McCue??  YoroldPal???  Do you guys work with this?
