Sonar Availability

Guys,
 
I have read and read and can't find when the new version will become available?  I see some have gotten the early invite to get their version.  Is there an official release date for when the rest of us can become a member?
 
Thanks and don't flame me too bad if this info is somewhere that I should have already seen this.

    Jan 21 has been suggested as the target date. Third party vendors are taking pre-orders now.
