Lynn Congratulations, guys, you make a great team. The sparse arrangement makes the vocal shine, as well as the other instruments. First class all the way!
Thanks Lynn!. We're trying to keep the production simple on these songs, to keep the writing and performances as the focus. Glad you enjoyed this one.

Add another "very nice". As you well know, I lean toward minimal, and this delivers. On one hand, I might want to hear more of that e-bow, but it's more of a seasoning than the main dish. You have done a tasteful mix, warm and inviting. A love song for a matured relationship, where you can't imagine having spent your life with anybody else. I love it.

Wow... It's rare to hear something so simple, yet it sounds so good. Really, really well done. I can picture this as a commercial release.

could have sworn i did a review on this already, cuz i remember it. it has a nice familiar friendly vibe and melody, maybe i'm just a sucker for simple mandolin. i know i am. LOL the fuzzy underneath- track should be blended up more.... not sure how to mix that, other than maybe double the track and split it hard left/right, and bring the overall level up. maybe a harmony of the melody would be nice split hard left/right.. maybe it's there, and i just can't really hear it. i think you could be really bold with that melody, mix it as hot as the vocal.

1st class. I got distracted at the start reading the lyrics, but went for another listen and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thanks Bats! I get what you're saying about the E-Bow. Trying to keep these songs pretty simple, but you've given me an idea about maybe using a panned delay..hmm.

Thanks Tony. Could be the 5-0 chord that's doing that.
