One time...really slowly...for the dumb crowd

Should legacy/historical purchases show up in Command Center or just the latest (new release) stuff be there?  I have a whole HOST of products that don't show even after following Ryan's advice in the other post.  Just wondering if it's time to engage tech support.

Thanks,
Jay

I just dl'ed and installed Command Center for the first time and also saw none of my old products.

It said something to the effect of "no connected products"

Same here.  However, if I go to the SSO (single sign on) account, I can see everything I've purchased.  Hmmmm....

The Command Center does not work with older products. The only "Connect Products" at this time are SONAR Artist/Professional/Platinum. So, the Command Center will be empty until you purchase the new SONAR or new Trial Products (the other category at the top of the Command Center) become available.

Thanks, scook!   Makes me feel better to know that I'm not having a sophomore moment!
