Sonar V Studio VS700r and Cubase(Fantom VS Question)

Hello,
 
The Fantom VS Synth do not work rightly in Cubase6/7 (Win7/Win8)
The Menus which should be able to open(Patch, Setup,Help etc.) couldn´t to that.
 
In Herrmans Eib VST Host its´possible. What´s wrong?
The Interface itself works.
