[Implemented] Insert audio FX into Insert Bin utilizing Quick Groups.

The only thing that I can't do across multiple tracks via Quick Groups is to add an audio FX to the Insert Bin.  Looks like this one was overlooked.  It would be a nice addition.
Thanks.

Let me insert an effect on multiple tracks by using quick groups. Would greatly speed up inserting things like console and tape emulations.

count me in ... and @CakeDev: pls test with WAVES NLS because this is where I always need it ... at the moment it's really cumbersome when you get down to mix a large project and start inserting NLS into every track ...

In the same vein, I'd also like to see a "Bypass This Plugin Across All Tracks" feature. In other words, bypass ONLY that particular plugin to improve latency when one needs to do more tracking over a huge mix. This way you can disable all the non-essential stuff without changing the mix too dramatically.

It's easy enough to duplicate a plugin effect using Ctrl-drag. Doing it this way, it's also convenient if you want to use the same settings in two or more instances of the same plugin.

Hi Kev, true enough, and maybe it should be "Insert THIS effect on all channels, once I've set it up" :O) But if you want to Ctrl Drag 100 x Slate VCC for me I'll send you the files - I hope you won't charge me too much! :O)
Maybe it can be "Insert FX Chain" across all channels..

Insert plugin on multiple tracks in one operation July 19, 15 11:29 PM (permalink)

I searched for a duplicate and was not able to find anything but maybe it was worded differently.
I would like to be able to select multiple tracks, insert plugin and have a single plugin added to all the tracks in one operation. When I need Softube Console 1, I have to manually add it to every track which takes a bit of time...

    Erik.

I'd really like to be able to select a group of tracks, hold Control, and copy an effect from one bin to multiple bins at a time. This would save a lot of time during the creative process.
