No spelling mistakes . Song and mix sound good, quite an '80's rock sound, but nothing wrong with that!

Thanks, jamesg1213 for listening and commenting!
This song means quite a lot to me, so I'm glad you accept the mix. I wrote and recorded it a couple of years ago and never touched it ever since. 'Just mixed it recently without spending to much time on it. Can't help the '80's feel ...
...and I'm sooooo happy you didn't find any spelling mistakes... : )

Took a listen to it. It seemed well mixed and I enjoyed the song. I felt the pans and instruments were well balanced in the mix. Not quite my style of music, but I don't judge skill by my taste in music. Well done brother.

I echo James' thought on the mix and tune.
Not a spelling error per se, but "yourself" is one word. It appears at 1:01 and 3:07 as two words.
Other than that, it looks and sounds good.
Any plans for laying in some video behind the script?

    Hi Guys,
sorry for my late reply ...my day time job is keeping me from anything else at the moment.
Thank you so much for your replies!!!

    Martin,
'glad to hear you like it ...especially about the vocals. (I'm never to confident myself about my scratchy old voice)Thanks!

    Jablowmi19
Thanks for listening!  ... not sure what you mean by available...

    Woodioflop,
Thanks for taking the time to listen and commenting. Yeah, a good balance is half the mix. I'm trying not to loose it.

    Wookie,
Thanx! That is encouraging to hear. ...I will not give up.

    Jude 77,
Thank you for the compliment! These kind of comments really help to stay confident and continue...

    Robert,
Thanks for the feedback! ...well, putting together this text video was as far as my skills as a video producer went at this point. I always wanted to do this ...it was quite fun to do. But a real professional Video? Man, that's a challenge.
Oh, yes I'm aware "your self" is actually wrong. I dared to take some artistically freedom here, relating to "precious little"  ...maybe it didn't come across.

    Gentlemen,
thanks again for all your kind comments!
'all the best and keep on rockin'!

    Daniel,
I think this is a great song, the mix translates great on my studio monitors, mixing headphones and more consumer oriented cheaper headphones I use for tracking (AKG K44's) Its the sign of a good mix when it translates well, especially when the source is streamed from YouTube. Great job, thanks.

    Kakku,
thanks a lot for your positive feedback! It's highly appreciated.

    markno999,
Thank you! Nice to hear you like the song and performance. I started inserting pro mixes into my sessions as a reference track to A/B every now and then and check where I'm at. I used to ignore this procedure in the past, but I found out it really helps. Though it's frustrating sometimes, it makes you learn.

    Garry,
thank you very much to take the effort to listen on different environments. I did this during mixing, also checking on my little cheap Logitech computer speakers. And in mono... so important. The only thing I don't do is listening back loud on big speakers ...the neighbors, you know...
I really appreciate your comment on the song itself. That means the most to me!

    Thank you all!
    regards

    Daniel

"Are the lyrics available?" it was intended to be amusing. You shouldn't take many things I say too seriously. Unless they are specific to the mix.

Fantastic job on this -- one of the very few productions I've heard on this forum that is market ready as is.  (Your voice at times reminds me a lot of the singer in Smashing Pumpkins -- Billy Corgan)  Good stuff :)

On a sadder note -- doesn't it say so much about music and marketing today that your YT video only has 153 hits?  In a just world...
