Inserting VST synths via right click.

I finally resolved my issue with the Roland System-1 plugins SH101 and SH2-- by inserting them with the synth rack, instead of with a right click in an audio track. ALL of my other synths and plugins work fine this way, but the new Roland ones don't.

Am I the only one on earth who still inserts synths with a right click vs synth rack?

I am guessing many don't know it is possible. Don't think it is documented. The only synth I insert in the FX bin is Pentagon as a vocoder and have not used it that way in some time. The subject does not come up very often. Usually when it does a post comes along suggesting it can be a problem.

When I right-click to insert a synth, the right-click calls up a track template.
