[SOLVED] Melodyne Editor weirdness with SONAR Platinum

Hi forum!

I finally had time to really use Platinum last night. Stable and smooth (just like X3) but Melodyne Editor is acting strange. I was exporting some vocal layers from two different projects and thought I would airbrush them a bit, but Melodyne isn't performing like it did under X3.

Glitches, stutters and distortion and, in one case, actually bleed(!) from one active Melodyne clip to another. The artifacts persist for a while and then randomly disappear. These errors may or may not persist when the clips are bounced!

Anyone else had similar experiences?

Sven

It should be even better than x3 since the melodyne disk throughput is now unhindered. In x3 it was possible for melodyne to cause a dropout by competing with the engine for the disk access to the wave file. There were some significant under the hood changes to improve this area.

Thanks for the hard work! Yes Melodyne did act up in X3 occasionally but definitely not showstoppingly. If it's even better now, then color me overjoyed!
