demo availability?

Hi all. Sounds like most are having a good experience with the new setup so far. Unfortunately I'm not having any experience at all, as I haven't yet got my redeem code from JRR shop. It looks like others have theirs, so I've emailed them and hopefully it will come through soon. In the meantime I've been looking to see if there's a way to start the download and install process - all the documentation I've seen suggests that "SONAR will operate in Demo mode until it is activated, and saving and exporting will be disabled"... but it doesn't seem possible to download or install without registering the code or serial first, so this is kind of a moot point. I also remember seeing one of the bakers mention that they were planning a 30-day trial available from the get-go, but I can't find any evidence of this, nor can I find the exact post since the forum search function seems to be non-functioning, at least here.
 
So... is there any news on this? Am I just missing something? Again, hopefully my code will arrive soon, I'd sure like to join the party...

    Not yet but there's been comments that it won't take the usual months before a demo is released.

    As for Demo mode that's if you start on a monthly membership and you don't complete your 12 months membership, Sonar will revert to Demo mode. That is you won't be able to save anything.
