The procedure entry point MFGetService could not be located in the dynamic link library

I am getting this error message when trying to launch Sonar Platinum:
 
The procedure entry point MFGetService could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\CWVideoEngine.dll
 
Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi Noel,
     
    Windows 8 32 bit operating system
     
    I bought the Platinum upgrade (download)  version from Sonar X3 Producer.  
    My Sonar X3 has been working great on Windows 8.

    Problem solved by downloading and installing Windows6.2-KB2703761-x86.msu
