Lost Customizations
Shortly after getting Platinum and all of the components installed I tweaked the Control Bar just so. The I uninstalled and reinstalled Cakewalk Sound Center. The next launch of Platinum went thru the personalization process again - losing my Control Bar tweaks in the process.
I don't think it should do that :)
