XLN AD2 registration code?

Trying to register AD2, have only been provided a serial number. Tried entering the serial # as the reg code! but that doesn't work. There is something I'm not catching on to here.

    Where are you trying to enter the serial #? Are you on XLN's site logged in to your account? After you do that run XLN's installer program and everything will up date,

    Also, the serial number is case sensitive and requires the dashes.

    Thanks. They call use the term Keycode in the installer , which is called the serial# in the account. This was the source of confusion

    Having the same issue. I ended up downloading the demo and trying to register that. No luck.
