What to do - in X3ePE to Plat U/G - if you already have AD2?

Platinum (through Command Center) installed without a hitch and is running great. But... If you (i.e., me) already have XLN AD2 installed from before, what do you do about installing now - I would assume [and didn't] do a new AD2 install - and getting the free additional AD paks?

I already had AD2 I upgraded some time ago. So I went and got the three kits and kit pieces and the MIDI files.

Nothing to do.  Find your AD serial on the cake site, visit XLN and redeem the 3 kits, 3 midi packs, 3 kit pieces.

Run the XLN installer after you make your selections at the XLN site.  BTW, you won't see anything obvious when you select/install the MIDI packs until you launch AD2.

Thx - Did you have to give another serial number in the XLN installer - how did they know you were entitled?

yes- Sonar gives you another serial number for AD2.  When you log in to your account at XLN, copy and paste the new serial number into product registration...then scroll down and pick your stuff.

Piece of cake(walk)! I paid about $125 at the JRR Shop for the upgrade - you know if ALL you got for that was this additional AD content, it wouldn't be a rip off. But of course that's just the icing on the cake and I've never had such a fast and easy total install.
