Changing project sample rate

How?
 
I have a project that I want to change from 48K to 44.1K.  I bounced the only audio track out and deleted the source clip from the track it was on.
 
How do I change the project settings to 44.1 before I import the bounced audio file back in?
 
BTW, no help index?  Zero results on 'sample rate' in a forum search?
