2 Tracks Bounced stereo track, not matching original tacks

2 Tracks Bounced stereo track
L1 - (pan Left 100%) mono
R1 - (pan Right100%) mono
routed to "Guitar" bus
Select both tracks and Bounced to stereo track.
A/B compare to the original The Bounced track sounds terrible (lower volume, and sonic quality difference)
please advise.

    Is the bounced track routed to the Guitar buss?

    I created a separate bus for the Bounced track (B) volume set at default 0
    To match the Listening volume of the (B) track, I had to bring down the Original Tracks (LR1) to -25.4
    What would cause such a loss in volume?
