Do I need to install form the CC? In other words how do I get access since I've already installed AD2?

Register your serial number at XLN, make you choices, then run the XLN online installer. BAM!

I guess I'm not being clear somehow...  I'm already using AD2.  How to I register the producer packs that come with Platinum?  The registration code in my account is the account that I've had for a long time.

Thanks BAP. And when it asks where you got the product, make sure you check "other".

The same happened to me. Use the serial number that is with the Producer Bundle in the Cakewalk Command Center.
    Then follow the other post.

-Go to CC, there you find the serial.
-Go to XLN Account or XLN Online Installer and register the Producer Pack with this serial.
    -Make your choice.
    -Done.

Good. I tried to register it with X3's Addictive Drums serial in my Cakewalk account. Oddlyy, yelling at the monitor had no effect. You don't even have to go the XLN but I figured if you want to browse the choices, you would be there anyway.

That is what doesn't work ... the one in CC is the one I already have registered and the XLN online installer won't accept it.  However, when I go directly to my online account the one under the platinum upgrade is different and worked.

Basically the CC is a good idea that may eventually be useful.  Bit is a dangerous piece of crap right now.

I found that when you enter your product code it is case sensitive, even the -. be sure it is a lower case dash. I had caps lock on and it wouldn't take until I lower cased the dashes.

yes .. posted a few posts before this.  The issue was the serial number shown in CC was the one I had already registered.  I found the additional/new serial number in my account on the web page.  That one worked.

Jmcecil in the past XLN has been gracious enough to give the Addictive Keys studio collection to people who had already purchased AD prior to upgrading to Sonar X#. I emailed them and they asked me to surrendered the extra AD serial number. They gave me Addictive Keys instead. This shouldn't affect the Producer Bundle since they are separate products.
