Upgrade price

I got multiple emails asking me to upgrade for 199$, as seen on the website, too.
When I login, I see a special price of 133€ (which equals to 149$ + VAT)

I do NOT see any mention on how long this offer will last. I know it's been talked about somewhere in the huge sticky. I just can't find wether there was an official answer to that. There's no official statement anywhere on the site.

Does anyone know, please, how long the special offer of 149$ will last?

    We've been told that the date is not set, but that we'll get ample warning before it changes.
