XLN not showing Addictive Drums 2 with reg key - [resolved]

XLN not showing Addictive Drums 2 with reg key - [resolved]

Anyone have a problem with the XLN reg key from the SONAR PLATINUM sn/key?  I entered the key (by hand - don't know why you cant paste) and it give me pick for the AD packs etc.  But there is no Addictive Drums 2.  It just shows my Addictive Drums 1 is "up to date".

    I think your supposed to select "other", in the online installer.

    Notation, the original DAW. Everything else is just rote. We are who we are and no more than another. Humans, you people are crazy.

    I think your supposed to select "other", in the online installer.


    ?? You mean when you register?  It's saying my key is registered now - but no way to DL or install AD2

    I am having the exact same issue. After entering my sn/key I see that my AD 1 is up to date. The only other option it shows available is Addictive Drums 2 Demo "Ad Now" button.  I don't even see the Ad packs.

    Did you get the reg key from Command Center or you cake account?  Try using the reg key from the other location.
     
    Also, select other - unsure for the store type.

    Thanks for the suggestion.  The command center number is the same as from the Cake store in my case.  The number has been entered but when I entered it first I indicated "Online Webshop"  and seemingly can't do it over again to select "other or not sure"  I see the selected ad packs are there must've not seen them before.  I guess I could just install the Addictive Drums 2 demo and see what happens.

    Exactly my same situation.   Codes look fine - but I entered webshop too (since I ordered from JRR - but I guess it's actually a CW number).   Either way - thats a pretty crappy system if it is that picky. 
     
    Sent them an email but will probably have to wait till Monday.

    Just now checked my XLN online installer and lo and behold ADD2 is there to be installed! I guess it took a day or so to show up.

    Apparently it was my error to not know that there is no "separate" AD2 upgrade.   By virtue of installing the 3 ADPAKS it automatically does whatever it needs to do to now be AD2.
