really enjoying the FX presets
Especially been using the CA-X \ Clean Amps \ Jazz
Very easy to get the sound Im after - well done. Been comparing its' sound to ones I use in SGear, Amplitude Fender, and my Eleven Rack. And darn if I'm not liking it just as well. I won't say better, yet, but it's possible, and I may be simplifying things a bit!

+1 They're different than anything else I use, but so far I'd say certainly on-par overall. And I agree that the clean amps are particularly nice - the Jazz amp is also my favorite at the moment.

the Jazz amp is also my favorite at the moment.
I played with it all last nite - didn't get tired of it which is a pretty good indicator that it works for me. Easy to dial in too - seems very well thought out. I've gotten REALLY tired of wading thru 500 presets looking for something that works. I know I know - you have to create your own etc presets. Which I do, and it takes time etc and it still sometimes can't get it right. This was like "BAM" instant usability.

Yup, same here. I think Craig's done a good job getting these sims to "feel" good when played.
Cool!! I was really trying to get them to act like real amps in the sense of reacting to dynamics better. On most of the amps, if you turn down the guitar's volume control the sound "cleans up" like you'd expect from a tube amp. This also means you can use Clip Gain and the input gain control to control the amount of distortion. For example, one of my favorite tricks is when there's a successive series of something like 8th-note chords, you can automate the input so it goes from halfway up to full up and add a useful level of dynamics. Also, the Vintage Echo plug-in in the "Anderton Collection" of FX is designed not only to be a general-purpose echo, but it pairs really well with the amps because that's how I tested it.

Yup, they're a very welcome addition.  I haven't tried any other FX along with these amp sims so far since I wanted to get a better idea how they behaved on their own, but I'll definitely be trying the Vintage Echo with them!
