[CWBRN-155571] - New SONAR failed to install on Chinese OS

Here is the Error warning："Error Code"ZH...unable to install on this operating system. Click OK to exit."

    Is this via Command Center?  If so, try downloading the installer and see if that gives you more options (like language selection) - I've noticed some more options when I've run the installer directly rather than let CC manage it.

    I dimly recall seeing something some time ago about a similar situation with German, and it was resolved by switching the install language to English and completing the installation that way.
     
    My memory is a bit fuzzy, and I have to run out the door, but maybe someone else can look the above up and confirm or correct.

    Thanks， Bob. I think it doesn't support Chinese OS, because the installation can't be finished no matter any laguage switched.

    It can't be installed with any language.

    This sounds like something Cakewalk Technical Support could best assist you.
     
    I see you do not have enough posts yet - to be able to send a Private Message here in the forums.  
     
    Because of that, I will get the permalink to this thread and send a PM to some of the Cakewalk staff on your behalf, and alert them to the issue.
     
    I also urge you to submit a ticket with technical support - hopefully they have something that will help you.
     
    I know they are devoting extra resources into monitoring the forums and for tech support tickets, due to the new launch, so between your opening a ticket, and me sending them a private message to this thread - maybe they can get you fixed up.  :)

This will be remedied in the near future, and we encourage you to purchase the software from a dealer in once it becomes available, probably sometime in the spring months. However, at this time, we recommend getting refunded for your software. In order to receive your refund, you will need to contact our merchant, Cleverbridge. Please use one of the following to contact them, and they will get everything straightened out for you!
     
    But I can install it. by temporarily change the OS 's language to english~ then I can install it....
     
    TRY!! if any other language OS system encountered this problem~
