Upgrade

I must be incredibly dumb or something i use the latest version of producer ,iv tried to upgrade to platinum
My ssa account is ok everything i own is all listed ,i have my command center on the desk top log in and out ok
Except the command center is completely empty,iv tried to create a new account ,but still no success
It carn,t be that hard to upgrade to platinum have i missed something ?
Please help

    The Command Centre only lists things you've bought SINCE the new Sonar launch, not before.
     
    To upgrade, goto the store and press the BUY button,  you'll be given the correct upgrade price.
