Sonar Artist doesn't work with ROLAND TRI-CAPTURE, Is there anything I can do???

New Sonar Artist doesn't work with ROLAND TRI-CAPTURE, Is there anything I can do??? 
 
The message saying not support the card

    Did you checked under Preferences that you have ASIO drivers selected? Very important...

    Good idea, but the Sonar X1 LE  works normal with Tri-Capture , but I will check . Thanks!
