Can't see my product information (e.g. Sonar X3) with "SSO Account" *SOLVED*
Trying to Upgrade to Platinum from X3.
A while ago I created a 'single sign on account' as instructed by the Cakelwalk folks. Last time I logged into the store with this account, I was asked to 'login' again, using my (old) cakewalk login information - I could see all my products and registration information, dating back several years.
Now when I log into the Store using the 'single sign on account' - I do NOT see my product information AND the price of the Sonar Platinum upgrade is $425. (And there's no other place to provide 'old' login information). I'm afraid all of my old product information has not been attached to this new 'SSO' account.
Solution: Just in case anyone else has this problem: Turns out the email address attached to my 'SSO' account was different from the email address Cakewalk has attached to all my product registration info. I changed it, and can now see my product info. Kind of confusing, but is now working.
