Audiosnap - Slide Down?
I'll try to explain what I'm trying to do, maybe someone can suggest an easier way to do it.
I've got an audio track (vocals and ukelele) that I want to grid on measure boundaries. I still want it to breathe a little but not quite as much as it does now. At measure 23 the tempo slows down a bit and the transients stop getting recognized reliably by audio snap. At measure 27 the tempo is reestablished and the audio transients are again reliably recognized.
What I want to do is delete all the markers between 23:1 and 27:1, drag the marker at 27:1 down to get 27 back on the grid and then have everything after 27 move down so things line up again, at this point the timing has lost around an 1/8th note.
When I drag 27:1 to the correct location the rest of the clip doesn't follow because the tansient markers after it are fixed, so it just expands the audio to the next marker. The rest of the clip ends up being around an 1/8th note off and requires a lot more manual intervention for every measure.
Is there a way to get the rest of the clip to move down and grid correctly?
