[CWBRN-19142] - Selection in PRV applies to drum and piano area

When PRV contains a regular midi track and a drum map midi track, using the select tool in either the piano or the drum area will select notes in both areas. This bears a high risk of selecting (and then editing) notes unintentionally, in particular when the other area is collapsed. When using the select tool, I expect to select only those notes that are actually visible under the selection area, not any other notes with the same pitch that are displayed in a different area.

    This still isn't fixed?
    I hadn't noticed.
     
    I logged this issue as CWBRN-19142 in November 2013. 
    The current status is "Under Investigation" I believe.
