How To Post My Music Here

Can someone tell me how to post my music here? I have Sonar 8.5. I have an mp3 file ready to go, about 17mb (it's an orchestral work). I know the newer versions of Sonar probably have an easy way to do this, but as I said I have 8.5. thanks,

    You need to upload your MP3 to a music sharing site like Soundcloud, Bandcamp, Soundclick etc, then post a link to it here.

    I'm assuming that Cakewalk Publisher isn't worth the trouble?

    I don't know much about it, or if its even still supported, but I haven't seen any tracks posted here using it.

    I believe it was originally intended for publishing into your own website, but I have been known to completely wrong on many occasions
