How quickly should purchase appear in account/CCC?

Received my receipt email from cleverbridge for SONAR Platinum upgrade at 15:25 GMT. Still waiting for it to appear now at 20:27...

    It has now appeared in the Control Center. Don't know if this occurred naturally, or due to my contacting Support. I've not heard anything from them.
