Debit card problems with upgrading

Has anyone else had this issue? Trying to upgrade to Platinum, but it says that Debit Card "Issue Number" is a required field....but my debit card doesn't have an issue number!!

    Daniel,

I had the same issue with my (UK) debit card.   Change the payment option to Credit Card, and you can still use your debit card (so long as it has a visa symbol or similar).  The Credit Card option does not ask for an issue number.

    Best,

I was going spare with frustration at this. I ended up using PayPal to be able to buy the darn thing but found the whole experience very sucky!
I have no idea why the debit and credit card options have a different method of authentication. Perhaps we're different in the UK?

    Grum.

Wait till you try to change your card information ROFLMAO, that is a real hoot. Apparently NO ONE thought that someone may have a card expire and need to update info. No links anywhere on the site that I can find, but what do you expect from a company that makes a product that in this day and age ONLY INSTALLS TO DRIVE C:

Newsflash Cakewalk, many of us use an SSD for C: for speed and don't want a bunch of crap stuck on it. Get with the program or fade away since Avid really has you beat with the new model for ProTools

Turns out that Cakewalk CAN'T change your CC info!!! They don't handle their own payments and you have to call a third party company and give them your info! Totally sophomoric way to run payments.
Funny, Adobe and Avid can make the changes in seconds on their websites. Of course the new pricing for Protools 10/11 kind of puts Sonar a dim and rapidly fading light.

Ain't that a hoot! I had trouble with Paypal and had to do a Credit Card transaction. With PayPal it would hang through the process and not go anywhere. Even after 30 minutes. Ended up with 2 orders. Had to cancel one.
