[CWBRN-31165] - Recent list selection crashes Sonar if project has been moved

When deleting or moving project folders, the only way to remove projects from the recent is to select the project from the list.  Sonar will then report an error and remove the project from the list.
 
Doing this has repeatably crashed Sonar after 2 to 4 such selections are made.  This was done with no open project.  The fault reporter also fails to successfully report the fault after getting thru the process to various points.
 
Create several projects so that the recent list has several valid entries.
Close Sonar
Move the project folders
Open Sonar, leaving no projects open
Go to File and select the items in the recent list one by one
