Upgrade to Platinum sonar

Good afternoon, someone help.
I did upgrade to platinum sonar midi does not touch the Mix Recall also does not work and open the Kontakt 5 gives error.

    Not sure what you are trying to report about Mix Recall and MIDI. Mix Recall does not save track data.
