Encoder in platinum Timing and not working.

I just bought the Mp3 encoder for Sonar and tried it a couple time last week as a test and it seemed fine.
But today When I needed it I kept getting an error. and the 2 out of 10 times that it did convert to mp3 it sounded like it was dragging...
 

I was hoping someone had an idea of what could be going on here because it's a lot faster to use them Pyro5 after all I did just pay for the encoder and its just a pain taking the long way around with Pyro5.

    I have never seen this error - I suggest you contact Cakewalk Technical Support to see if they have a solution.

    Before you try and convert directly from a sonar project to MP3, bounce it down to a CD quality wav first i.e. 16 bit, 44.1KHz and with dithering.
     
    If this sounds ok, use this for MP3 conversion

    Please list the settings you are using in the encoder.
