change tune setting for a midi track

hello all I need to change tune setting on few midi studio instruments
so I found out that with home studio 7 xl  (I know is an old sequencer) you can't do that unless you have an instrument module that is capable to do so,the only one that I have that can change tune 440 MHz to 455mhz is cakewalk tts1
but I am not happy with the sounds ,I was wondering if is possible to do with dimension le
or what other standalone compatible with hs7 can actually do that
