Cloudbreaker - Electronica soundtrack

My latest track "Cloudbreaker": http://youtu.be/DSNj8CgHadg

It takes elements and ideas from electronic music as well as hybrid trailer music. Features vocals from Meiss Häkkinen. Done mostly in Sonar X3 but mixed and mastered in X1.

It's pretty much mostly done with NI stuff. Drums are from Battery4 and a lot of sounds come from Massive. Acoustic stuff is mainly from libraries produced by Wavesfactory and Strezov Sampling.

Pretty epic sounding! You certainly seem to have the kick drum figured out, very four-on-the-floor. Like the cinematic quality.

There is a ton of bass information and I wonder if the top would sparkle more if there was just a touch less going on below 200hz? Just a thought, it's pretty cool as it is.

    thanks for the share!

Nice. I like it. Reminds of one of my favorite electronica artists who passed away but was always very active and helpful on the Yamaha AW16G recording forum. You can hear one of Geno's cool creations here:

Cool tune!  Nice mix of trailer and electronica with a little dub thrown in.
