Convert Mp3 to MIDI

Does SONAR Producer X3 enable me to convert Mp3 to MIDI so I can score the notes?

If the MP3 is of a song, no. If it's of something monophonic and melodic, like a bass line, Melodyne's pitch-to-MIDI conversion may be able to do the job.

FWIW, any software that claims to do this reliably is a scam.

If it's a popular song, see if the MIDI file is available online somewhere.

But all the fun is in transcribing the parts by ear...
