Garritan instruments show up on Laptop but not desk top?

Garritan instruments show up on Laptop but not desk top?

Title Says it all.
I have Garritan instruments with my Finale - they show up on my laptop but not my workstation. 
 
The only thing i can think of is my workstation has a SSD and a conventional drive . I try to keep the SSD only for programs that have a need for speed.    I know my VST folder is on the SSD.  Any suggestions -   reload finale???
Thanks for any clues.

    Check the scan paths in Plugin Manager (see Options), and maker sure the path where the Aria Player DLLs reside is included.
