How to add metronome wav files?

So I copy wav files to the C:\Cakewalk Content\SONAR Platinum\Metronome folder.
 
So I copy wav files to the cakewalk content sonar platinum metronome to the C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\SONAR Platinum\Metronome  folder.
 
What else must I do to have these samples displayed in the metronome drop-down?
