setting velocity in X3 studio

I'm in the process of getting used to X3 having upgraded from HS6 - and having a few problems of course!!

One simple one is - in HS6 I could control midi velocity directly from a slide bar on the track in question. Whilst i can see Chorous, Reverb and Volume controls on the midi track, what's happened to the Velocity control???

It is the gain control in the inspector, "A" in the image below from http://www.cakewalk.com/D...pectors.3.html#1220713

Thanks for that scook. For those getting older in years, it would have been helpful for it to be actually labelled "Velocity" !!

Also thanks for the link too - don't know why I didn't have that set up already.....age again probably!

The widget still exists in the track head where it always was before the Track Inspector showed up, and it's still labelled "Vel+" (Velocity Offset). If you don't see, it, you either need to increase the size of the track header or set the Track Control Manager drop-down at the top of the header area to reveal it, or both.
