Rematrix Crash

I am getting an consistent crash when inserting rematrix solo. Does not matter if it is on a buss, track or master. Happens every time. I am open for suggestions on how to resolve the issue.
 
i7  Dell XPS 8GB Memory
Windows 8.1
Sonar Platinum
Focusrite Scarlett 18i

    The only time that's happened to me was when I tried modifying the preset database. You might have one that is corrupted somehow.

    Is there a way to uninstall and reinstall.

    I think only if you reinstall the main platinum package.

    Under Preferences/VST settings.
     
    Click RESET.
    Then click rescan.
     
    See if that works...
     
    Also see if the issue happens with brand new projects.
