Can I install a 32b SonarPro with C3?

Most of my VST's are 32 bit, so I pretty much toy with the 64b DAWs to see what works and what doesn't. Generally, I don't need vast memory for big audio files and run with tried and true 32b stuff, rendering to audio as needed when transitioning to 64b. Bridging most of my instruments/FX seems pretty silly. Is there a way to have C3 do a 32b install of SonarPro?

If not, auto-updates of a 32b SPro via C3 will probably not be available either.

Near as I can tell, I'm locked into a 64b install on my C: drive with other stuff spread over the hidden Program Data dir and my User/AppData, not to mention the registry entries.

Oddly, most reg entries appear common between the 32b and 64b versions (like apparently all the Pref settings including dirs). Some settings appear shared between my earlier/reinstalls of X1 and SonarPro.

I only found this out by creating 4 Content/Project dirs for X1/SP/32/64 and discovering that these were not handled separately as I might have hoped. Simultaneous, 32/64 installs appear worthless, so currently I'm experimenting with a X1/32 and SPro/64 via C3 install. It's a real PITA and I'm not going to be doing anything useful until I think I have a stable setup. I feel real sorry for those 'renting' on a monthly basis, since my first month has been wasted on just setup issues.

Not if the OS is 64bit. It is possible to install the 32bit version manually from the installers C3 downloaded. By default the installers are stored in "C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Command Center\Downloads." To see the actual download path, click the gear in the upper right-hand corner of the C3 UI to see the Settings page.

    Copy that.
    It's a pretty painless install.
I mostly use the 32 bit version, and I'm on the payment plan.
I'm curious to see what happens next week, when my next payment comes up.
It's autopay, so it is potentially a seamless affair.

Yep, I discovered the manual install option already and have done a couple manual installs of SP/32. It lacks the flexibility of earlier installers (X1, no instrument options, etc), but does offer the 32b option, which ran OK. I'm running W8.1x64 and have decided to just run with the default C3 for now, though I would have liked to have been informed that only SPro_x64 and only on my C: drv would be the only options available! The lack of auto-update support for the one-and-only default install  pretty much defeats the whole purpose of C3 imho. This isn't the X4 upgrade I was expecting and prepared to deal with. I'm an engineer and I don't like surprises!
