[Windows 7 64bit] Sonar 7 PE 32bit not loading up but 64bit version is.

I need to be able to use Sonar in both 64bit and 32 versions because my projects are packed with Cakewalk's EQ FX.  I did an almost full install with 32bit version, and then I installed just the 64bit Sonar.  Now the 64bit program loads up fine, but the 32bit .exe shows the Sonar7 logo but disappears and doesn't load up the program. 
 
I'm clearly doing something wrong.  I was under the impression that you can have the two versions installed and be able to run them both.
