Command Center Help button and uninstall options ?

The doc's for the Command Center are sadly lacking but needed. The existing entry in the Doc pages is functionally worthless. There is no link from the C3 to it's own help/doc's. As an example of why this might be needed, I only discovered by trial and error that 'Right Clicking' on an entry will bring up an Menu. That menu has an option to un-install an item. Since, there is no longer an un-install option in the Windows 'Programs and Features' this is kind of important, and not at all apparent from the interface, which badly needs at least a menu to include these types of things (as well as at least pointing to the Cog for Settings). There are no tool tips popping up to help us figure out the minimal interface.
 
Mentioning the 'Un-install' option reminds me that it only kind of does an un-install. Many registry entries persist, so it is not a full un-install specific to SPro. I see the value in this but there should be an option for a full vs a partial un-install. It also seemed to leave at lot of associated files around. It took quite a bit of hunting to get close to a 'virgin' install on my box. I didn't mess with RegEdit as I figured the un-install would clean up after itself.
