Platinum loading - wav file questions

I noticed that when I loaded Platinum (I think it was 14 files) that it loaded a bunch of wav files on my C drive.
Should I keep them there?
I assume if I load something like addictive drums later, that I can select another hard drive for those samples.
But quite a few patterns, samples or something went on my C SSD drive.
By the way, the program appears to work super smooth.
THANKS in advance.

Yes, Sonar installs a bunch of stuff to your C drive.  If you have the space, the easiest would be to leave it there.  Otherwise, the best you can do is manually (re)install things from the separate installers which are on your system somewhere.  These will let you redirect some of the content elsewhere.  But you can't move everything.  I know Dimension Pro has a bunch of wav file samples (most are flac though, as are SD3 samples) and they can be installed elsewhere.  And the loops.  There's probably 10-20 GB or more that can move.  Samples you use are better off on the SSD as they load a lot faster.

I won't attempt to tell you how to manually reinstall since I haven't done it.  There have been several threads in this forum lately on how to do it if you search around a bit.
